Shipping Policy
Team Rockstar seeks to ship all orders as efficiently and accurately as possible. Our usual processing time is 2-4 business days, and most orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority. We do our best to keep you notified about any delays, and you can always reach out with questions via hello@stringandstory.com
Shipping Rates
- All domestic orders $0-99 USD are shipped USPS first class or priority for $5.
- All domestic orders over $100 are shipped USPS first class or priority for free.
Please note that shipping times can range from 2-10 days based on method and distance.
International orders are usually shipped USPS international, and the rate is calculated by rate and region. International shipping times can vary greatly depending on distance and current events.
Many international orders will not be eligible for returns and refunds due to the cost of international shipping. Eligible items will be refunded less the cost of shipping and any duties or tariffs paid.

Refund & Return Policy
All fabric cut off the bolt and paper quilt patterns are final sale. If you have concerns about your cut fabric or questions about a pattern, please reach out to us at hello@stringandstory.com.
We can receive some notions back for return or exchange. Please reach out to us at hello@stringandstory.com
All in-person classes are subject to a 4 person minimum and may be cancelled if the minimum number of students is not met. We will let you know 24-48 hours beforehand if class is cancelled, and we will issue a full refund for the class fee. Supplies purchased separately for the class are subject to our regular refund & return policies.
FAQ
Do you sell fabric swatches or samples?
No, but you are welcome to purchase a color card or a pre-cut bundle to see and sample fabrics.
Can you help me match this fabric?
Probably! If you purchased solids from us and need help finding the match, we can usually look up your order and quickly retrieve the exact color. If you are looking for fabrics to match choices from your stash, we will do our best to make suggestions from pictures you provide and ones found online. Do you offer financing on bernette sewing machines?
We offer payment plans via Shopify, and the options are viewable when adding items to your cart.
